What a crock, they need jobs, less corruption in their governments and basic sanitation and hygiene to save lives. Climate change mitigation is a hoax, it's never been tried or tested.

How many lives have been lost to global warming? Billions have been lost to disease, basic sanitation prevents needless death. People need clean water, not climate control.
