It is clear the azeri government doesnt want peace in the region, they reject any kind of communication that might one day lead to peace, they are preparing their people for war, enraging their youth with misleading lies and propaganda in order to ready them for another round of war. Instead of spending their billions of dollers of oil money on their people, which are still in refugee camps they'd rather spend it on the military, while their people suffer in order to get sympathy from the world at the expense of the azeri people.

azerbaijan is preparing for a war they simply cant win, it doesnt take a general to figure out that its easy to defend a mountanous country but hard to invade it, heavy equipment like tanks are easy targets, and moutanous terrain is difficult for infantry to advance on, 10 well armed soldiers can hold a hill against 100 soldiers trying to advance because the soldiers attacking are easy targets while the defenders are dug in and hard to get to. And Karabagh is full of hills and mountains it would take azerbaijan several hundreds of thousands of soldiers to wear down the Armenian and NKR army. Armenia has a standing army of 55,000 and reserve force of atleast 200,000, and NKR has a standing army of 15,000-20,000 and can mobilize every man which would be a total force of atleast 40,000-50,000 which would fight to the death as they are defending their families and homes. Azerbaijan has a standing army of 75,000 and reserve force 300,000. So Armenia and NKR has several advantages, one being the defenders of a mountanous country, two having more motivated soldiers as NKR is fighting for their homes and families azeris are fighting for glory, thrid Armenia has better trained officers who are the brains of the operation. IF AZERBAIJAN WANTS KARABAGH THEY WILL HAVE TO SACRIFICE SEVERAL HUNDRED OF THOUSANDS OF SOLDIERS AND EVEN THEN ITS NOT GUARANTEED VICTORY AS ALL OF AZERBAIJAN OIL INFRASTRUCTURE WOULD BE TARGETED BY ARMENIA CUTTING OF 90% OF AZERBAIJANS INCOME.

And as a TR citizen I remind the denialist TR citizens and also the ezik aziks that Karabagh dispute will never be resolved unless the Genocide issue is.
TR can act silly all she wants and pretend to be open to a solution with the Armenians but she is the real hurdle before the KARABAGH dispute resolution.

sarsikyan represents the hardliners first off, he probably did not win fair and square second, there can be no peace as long as likes of him r in power third, and Gul is a fool for congradulating him fourth.

There are no such thing as hardliners in Armenia. They tend to change faces when it's profitable.
