The money is in the EU , countries like Greece and illegal RoC and others a like who cant do their maths right, it's like taking candy from a baby, man Turkey stands to run the EU with the Germans as equal partners, and make a mint at the same time.
Turkey will only join at her terms and they will insist on a lions share unlike the scraps Greece and others are thrown at.
Why should only Germans and the French skin a live the others.

Turkey is not part of Europe and Turks are not European. They don't belong among decent civilized Westerners.

Hi MKZ6 , yes you are right , Greece was not ready to join EU even knowingly they did anyway not realising it would turn in to sour grapes one day, now Germans are paying for their mistake by allowing Greece in to Eu, but the thing is economy of Germany and the French is mega strong thanks to Greece and other members of the EU.

I want to sell my Jeep but no takers, here in UK 4 litre engines are not easy to sell and it will break my hart to let it go cheap, so it looks like I will run it to the ground then scrap it in the end,

Faith, if you don't think Turkey should become part of the EU, I can't change your opinion and you are of course free to express it. However, you should not resort to hurtful name calling. I KNOW you can do better than that and express it in a respectful manner that everyone can take seriously and have a meaningful dialogue about it.

Hi Dervis,

This thread is resorting to insults and womanish back and forth of "oh you suck" "no you suck more". Seeing you and champ and a few others on here with a valid point is a pleasure!!! Hope you are well and thank you for the well wishes. Stay warm my friend :)))

Maybe you mean that Greece was not reay to enter Eurozone...cos EU is European Union and in EU there're countries like Czech Rep. and Bulgaria.Greece surely was ready to enter the EU cos back in '80's it's economy was rising and it's strategic place is surely something that Germany and France want to control.Well we must surely admit that the greek politicians thaught that if we could have some money through loans then nothing is wrong! But that was a completely mistake! They left the country with no productivity resources!Well maybe if nowadays politicians make a project to rebound productivity in Greece then we'll have a place in Eurozone. But the problem is not Greece anyway..is Euro that was built with no plans and only to stabilise German economy and I'm afraid Euro won't have future! If we see the problems in Italy and Spain.

Turkey is not part of Europe. Very simple, EG. Why not let China join? Or America? It doesn't make sense. Under Erdogan's watch, Turkey has become hostile to the West.
