The Hudson man charged Monday in the August death of a Leominster man has a history of criminal charges in Leominster, including an active cocaine-trafficking case in superior court, according to court documents.

We as a family are saddened by choices that Ryan Heheir has made in the past , however ,,if the paper is going to site past cases , please get the facts straight ,,,the case of the alleged beating of a woman and throwing an iron was with the "former girlfriend" mentioned in this story and court records show she admitted to lying about the incident and made it up as she did another incident in another court ,there is a long history between the 2 and many of the incidents center around both of them.

If my memory serves me right I remember many children in the heir household. Some with DSS files at the time and at least one with a CHINS. AND mom was trying to be/become a lawyer???

As if the Rivera family does not have enough to deal with ,,,THEY SHOULD BE WONDERING , as they were searching for answers as the Leominster Police ( most of them decent men and women)were investigating this incident THE GIRLFRIEND !!! had what may be the smoking gun, it was not until Mr.hehir moved out and left her ,that she came forward as the "concerned citzen" I and the Rivera family shopuld be wondering , how much coaching did her Uncle !!THE DETECTIVE!! on the case give her before he let her talk to the real concerned officers , trying to get info , after all , she needs to look like a woman with a good heart , honest and decent , trying to help and certainly not end up being charged as an accessory , like the other men who went to play pool with Mr.Hehir , talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time ,...I wonder , if "THE GIRLFRIEND" had also been there playing pool would she now be in jail too ,,,,HMMMM , I think not

This man needs to be put away forlife, when you take someones life you don't deserve to hanve one. I don't care how bad your high on drugs you stop hitting someone when they're down on the ground. This kid obviously has a serious problem with the law. He looks for ways to cause problems just like most of his brothers and sisters. This kid needs to go to jail for murder and never see freedom again, he doesn't deserve it. If he gets out of prison before he is 70 years old then our courts have failed. My prayers go out to the family of the man who was killed.

Im also saddened by the decisions that Ryan has made but Im even more saddened to think that it will take so long to put this guy behind bars for good. I vote for life in maximum security with no chance of ever seeing the outside world again... this murderer wont be missed

i kno ryan and i belive that he has made alot of mistakes in his life...however, i dont think he deserves to go to jail for the rest of his life for this. its unfortunate and my heart goes out to the families but if ryan goes to jail for life then there is no justice in this state. When 2 men can beat another man to death with their bare hands and only get manslaughter 2 and 5 years in jail(with time served, they were already in jail for 2 years)then why should ryan go for life? he didnt plan it, and the fact is that this could happen to anybody!
