The "no questions asked" policy allows criminals to dispose of crime guns with immunity. If MA today allows private transfers, please out buy the city so the guns can still be available to solve crimes.

What a joke. While your at it have drug dealers turn in their crack supply too. Or trade them welfare and food stamps then you'll get every illegal gun in the city
