Holden Police department used extreme force on an elderly man with Alzhiemer's. After it happened the chief and I quote Thank God no shoots were fired along with wondering if this mans rights were violated. Within ten weeks this man died due to the trauma. Were his rights violated?

I care for the elderly and those with alzhiemer's and just by chance I took care of this man. I don't listen to what one or two people may say about him, it doen't matter. He has rights just like everyone else. Would the law let me use this kind of treatment on my clients? Would the law let me hit them when they don't respond to my cues? Would the law let me cause pain and trauma ? I think not..so why does law get away with it.
