Knob ends saying that making Naloxone available to users encourages more drug use bcuz of increased confidence. It doesn't! If your IVing & at the stage where you're possibly going to do too much you're not interested in a safety net. With or without you're going to do it. The difference is if there's something like Naloxone around you could live & without the need for emergency services to be called
