Men don't need guns to harm women. If the guy was so bad why didn't he shoot his wife rather than allegedly assault her. And if a man is violent, taking his guns won't stop him from harming someone.

That's one reson why the Framers included a 2nd amendment - to stop govt from creating excuses to disarm us.

Why do people keep re electing dumbass that spend the tax payers money violating the rights of one of their own citizens?

I guess those fools deserve the Gov they get.
