ahh such difficulty in getting just paperwork from the New Worcester court house. The clerks there tell me they are so busy yet everyday I go there to obtain my paperwork they are sitting there chatting. what they really needed in Worcester was not a new courthouse, but better people to run it! Its a shame they wasted so much of our tax money to build this new court house, to only give us more problems! Somthing needs to be done about this. becuase its worse than ever.

i was rudely treated by a clerk at the court . Their seems to be a lot of clerks that want to do the work fast and not efficiently. I spent 2 hours of time after leaving there pertaining to an important matter. clerks there definitely lack the professional that are needed to deal with the public.

For three years my fiance' has been trying to get visitaions through court. He has a court order but his kids mom doesn't obide by it. He sees his kids but whenever the grandmother lets him. He has filed paperwork with the court for modifications and tried to hold her in contemp but nothing. He goes to the courthouse to keep checking on it and all they keep saying is that she was served. The last time he went to check on it, the clerk told him that there was a court date but no one showed up. So he had to file the paperwork all over again (for the forth time). What is wrong with our court system?

The clerks in this courthouse have to be the biggest bunch of morons ever. We have been trying to get a will probated since 2009, and so far they have lost our file twice (once for 1.5 years); and sent incorrect instructions to a special administrator TWICE that has delayed our case for another year. We have paid over $25,000 in taxes, insurance, and utilities on an empty house and we DON'T EVEN HAVE A TRIAL DATE YET.

The galling thing is that we are going to have to pay these people's pensions.

The whole place is backward, and I don't think they even know what a computer does.
