In a city that has Elm pond, Coes pond, Indian lake and Quinsig (just to name a few) that freeze over every year and offer ice skating for free. No public employees or admission required. yet here we are, spending $$$ on ice skating rinks while people are shot and stabbed blocks away. Good job Worcester! There is a reason why tax paying citizens and honest hard working people are leaving in droves only to be replaced by more gang members and low income housing and its not the lack of ice skating.
