Wow!! Wish we had some of the white stuff here! My children are 17 and 14. They would love to see snow in their lifetime like I did growing up.

I'm glad the Texans lost the Alamo.

Wait...what was the topic again?

Oh yeah, all the snow.

I sure wish Al Gore would come over and help me shovel some of this global warming. There's two feet of it in my driveway.

Love the comments about the snow and the Rockies :o(

You wouldn't want the snow like we're getting it here! Especially with the wind. Thought I left this weather in Wyoming. Good time to stay in where it's warm and off the roads!

The world temperatures are already well below what the "hockey stick" that Al Gore predicted. It's obvious that this will be a cold winter and that global warming is just a hoax to tax the public.

What a moron. My comment was in relation to how the games would have been played in Denver. In the Pepsi Center? For sure not at Coors Field. I actually rooted for the Rockies this year, even from Texas. You guys need a stadium with a roof.

peter, only a moron would rather believe in a model than actual temperature data:

It's time to put an end to this hoax.

Hey peter, only moron would believe everything they hear in the media instead of looking in to it themselves. Water vapor accounts for 95% of the greenhouse effect. Made made carbon emissions account for only .2% of the greenhouse effect. There was an ice age during the Ordovician period 450 mil yrs ago, yet the concentration of co2 was 12 times what it is today. Our climate is controlled by eccentricities in the planets rotation and orbit, and of course changes in the activity of the sun. Do some research before calling people morons.

How did you know that I'm a genius? I don't remember telling you that.

Were you able to reach that conclusion just by reading my posts?

As for your question, I suppose it would depend on whether or not next July is anything like last July, which was cool and pleasant.

I guess we'll have to wait and see, since we can't predict the weather of the future...

True Colorado Native's would never want a stadium with a "roof" we aren't wussies up here we can handle the weather that's what makes us Coloradan's we are a stronger cut of people. If you want to play professional sports especially football in Denver you had better be strong and a little snow won't bother you in the least!

Oh, sorry, thanks for rooting for the Rox. This Saturday it's supposed to be 50's and dry, and 60's the next three days. We get 300 days of sunshine a year here, and we're quite fond of it, thanks. Anyone familiar with Colorado could tell you that this storm is an aberration.

Anyone know what the forecast is in Philly this weekend? Is the storm moving that way? I know it was cold and drizzly in NYC for game 1. I also seem to recall one game last October taking three days to complete up in Philly.

Again, please excuse my moronocy.

Moronocy? Is that a "sports word"? I love listening to announcers just to hear their special language! LOL!!

Come on by, GJ, Karl- I am about 1/3 done shoveling it off, and we can do some "global warming", of opinions, that is, with a bottle of wine and half a dozen friends or so- Karl, do you remember what wine I like?:)
