It does not matter what excuse they give the court it will never be good enough for what they allegedly did. I say lock them up and not feed them, and see how they like it.

This kind of stuff infuriates me. God, may I have one day of freedom from prosecution to give to idiots that do stuff like this some of their own medicine.

Someone needs to look into Dr Roehr role. He is to blame for this as well. They had many abuse cases against them. Judge Peters and the Dirst Attorney that dropped all charges if they leave Teller county. Problem just went to Park County and they knew about their history and they did not step in until eight dead dogs!!! Shame on all of them

I hope all people involved in and responsible for this are punished. May they be starved when they're rotting in jail and in hell. I hope no more of the dogs die from this horrible treatment, and that they are able to be adopted. If I lived anywhere near Colorado, I would take one or two myself!

So many people failed these dogs... The responsible parties should be PUNISHED to the fullest extent of the law. Post their names online. Allow them to suffer the shame they deserve. People who treat animals in such a fashion are just as likely to treat human beings poorly. The links between animal abuse and child/spouse abuse has been well established. THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS ATROCITY ARE DIRT. Punish them. Anyone who would harm an animal or a child... sub-human.

I hope they can never legally own any animal again. The Walker's have a special hell waiting for them on judgement day.

They're all very beautiful and hopefully will find homes soon.
I wish I could have another dog now!:(
And were they breeding? What about sick puppies out there in the cold?
This place is terrible.

Hi, Tom, Martino!
People needs to know about key Bank.

I have sent an online bill payment to Sprint and the payment got there 9 days later. I called key bank, they charged me 75 cents per minute talking with them, and now i want to leave this bank, but they will charge me $25.00 for closing my account before the 6 months's term!

Please don't let Key Bank fool people.
Stopping the people from getting in trouble with Key Bank!

God bless all of the people who took part in saving these dogs, you guys are all heroes in my book. I can’t imagine why would someone do this to these poor animals but they need to be punished severely. Once again thank you for all that you do to help our four legged friends .

This story made me cry. What is the matter with some people? And after suffering so much at the hands of people, these dog are still glad to see people. So much for human superiority.
