I measured the snow in my yard. It ranged from 0-inches to 19 inches.

This was "Big Snow" to Newsday?

OK, I'm not brand new anymore but I remember snowfalls that would have this one a 'piece of cake' and hardly farted at as everybody worked it out and went to work.

Jeez, the American people are going softer as the days roll by.

Just today only the National Geographic came in the mail. I cried for two hours when my "stimulus" wasn't there as a check from the Pied Piper.

I'm still trying to figure out how the big melt begins on Wednesday when temperatures don't break freezing until Thursday.

Plan ahead, be responsible, Get out there and shovel the snow away from Sewer drains. Or do you expect the Town to do that to at a premium cost?

JCC, It's a little harder than what you think. We need to get the trucks warmed up. Once they are warm, it's coffee break so we shut them down. Once we're done with coffee, we need to re-warm-up the trucks. Now it's lunch time....
