No country for young men; Italy's "lost generation"
Once kept at home by love for mamma's home-cooked pasta, a growing number of young Italians are now forced to live with their parents because they can't get a steady job or afford a home of their own.

the reason why young italians are living with their parents is because they are spoiled. why get a job when you can live off your parent's pension and savings and pay no rent, and eventually inherit the whole thing ! there are between 5 and 7 million immigrants living in italy and they all have the jobs that the spoiled brats don't want to do and then they complain that foreigners are changing the face of italy ! they should be ashamed.. this is coming from an italian. they are not the lost generation, they are the spoiled lazy generation and the same is happening in many other european countries.

This is a Europe wide phenomenon, young men living with their parents until their 40's (no longer so young!). But it is funny, when you look at the female statistics, more women are moving out and getting jobs by their late 20's.
