I am a Junior at EIU.

Our school is known for its Teaching program. That was what our school started off as back in 1895.

We are 45 minutes away from University of Illinois.

Our TV station WEIU is one of the top in the NATION. It is all student run. We won a Emmy last Saturday for News Broadcast by Students for the Midwest.

As everyone knows Tony Romo is an EIU grad.

Like you mentioned, we have a female rugby team, and it is the best in the NATION! We have won 20 straight games. We are also the only officially classified NCAA D1 women's rugby team. I think our Rugby team is undefeated against Penn State, but I am not sure.
