Teenage boy trapped on floating piece of ice with polar bears

Those ice floes can be miles across so it's easy to become separated if one breaks and starts to drift. When you go hunting on the land you take what comes your way be it seal of otherwise. If you went out for only one thing you'd soon be starving. I was in the NWT and Nunavut for 4 years. I give the kid credit for staying alive, but why hypothermia. Maybe he wasn't dressed to do much time on the land.

I'm pissed about him shooting the mom too. I mean really, he shouldn't have been out there hunting them in the first place. Plus, isn't the Polar Bear population dropping? Well, minus 3 more, since he killed the mother, the cubs may not survive. What an idiot. And if he would hae gotten eaten, I know I wouldn't be mourning.

Actually, a can of corn for ice fishing. It works perfectly. I don't know about Polar bears though. Cheers.

Actually the polar bear population has increased.

If you would have gotten shot instead of the polar bear one can only assume your family wouldn't be mourning either.
