Thank God this stupid show about straight people is leaving. It's just another tv family where the wife is too good-looking,and the husband is fat and stupid. For example,The Flinstones,The Simpsons,King Of Queens, and All In The Family.

I think Seth wants to hang it up because he knows that Obama will tax the sh*t out of his massive earnings from the show, and therefore has no more incentive in continuing it. diggidy diggidy...

Don't it's funny people love it . Leave it to more years like the Simspons . Well really I wouldn't care if Family Guy would go off because well it's a liberals show and it's bad . I hated that one when they where making fun of Fox News I hated that , Because they are smart people too . They just make them look stupid . Well Seth has to be a liberal , So is Seth Green this one that made Robot Chicken on Adult Swim . If you watch it on Sundays at 11 et it's pretty voilent too it's a really a comedy show . I see nothing funny about blood and guts . Also bad words . Well I watch it it's been on for 4 years and it's like the clay and doll Family Guy only badder and the rating it's TV MA . Family Guy I will miss new episodes . But it's not really funny anymore . I like the one where Louis gets fat and when she teachs sex ed in Chris's school it's funny . I love Quagmire gee gee goo .

I still love but it's bad I know . People still like that show that I think might of got an Emmy . And I think it's getting one for best comedy . Think it should ? I do .

My husband and I love family guy it's the only show on TV that we laugh out loud at, but I think MacFarlane is right to stop it before it gets old.

MacFarlane should try his hand with musicals and smart romantic comedies with real actors. He should do a remake of "Two For The Road" with him in Albert Finneys role and Mila Kunis as Audrey Hepburn. They make a fantastic looking couple!

The movie is a sophisticated 60's romantic comedy with great looking locale's in Europe and great looking fashions.
The world needs more smart romantic comedies since there aren't any anymore. There are lots of fun and wonderful looking romantic comedies that can be remade. The awful stuff they're making today is difficult to watch.
I know these are chick flicks but lots of them go to movies with our without their mates. And we really don't need the tacky kind where everyone needs to cuss every 5 minutes and we don't need to watch people humping....!!!!

I love family guy but I agree don't run it in the ground, don't you just hate when a great show is on too long and is ruined.

Family Guy has its moments, but American Dad is the real comedy deal :D

It took me a little to get into the characters, writing, and wit of American Dad, but once I did, it's just solid, consistent laughs. Weekly!

I'd recommend checking out American Dad. Give it a shot - it's really witty, satirical and just plain funny all at the same time :)

I love both FG and AD. I think they've both got a bit of petrol still in 'em.
