too bad not one of you knows any of the facts about this case(just like everything else you comment on). but, since you'd like to comment, why don't you come on in too court one day. have a listen to the commonwealths' evidence and arguments(or lack there of). you may walk out with a different opinion. or you may walk out with your same near-sighted views. it's too bad that people come to conclusions about situations of which they know nothing about. i know i sound like everyone else that defends someone on a blog, but, i can't stand how people that are just as programmed as the computer they are typing on voice their opinions. i don't know about you people, but, I have learned enough in my life to know that you can't judge anyone based on anything except your own experiences with them. i do understand that your I.Q. levels may be as high as my dog. that is why you don't understand innocent until proven guilty. i know in your judgemental prejudiced minds people are instantly guilty. of course whatever you read in a newspaper or hear coming out of a(n) officials mouth is ALWAYS the truth. hey, u should wake up and join the rest of us in this place called reality. everything you read or hear ISN'T TRUE. so go ahead and type in your rebuttal. the difference between me and you people is that you'll never hear from me again. because i have a little thing called a full-time job. i also have kids and... oh yeah.. a life.

Very well said. So many times I come on here and read people's responses to the headlines and shake my head in disbelief. They are so naieve and uneducated to the justice system. Like you said, they believe everyone is guilty because the paper and prosecutors say so. I must say that 99.9% of the morons that comment are extremely racist. I read the story of an older white man who is accused of molesting a young girl that he knew. Every post defended this man stating that the media is making a bad name for him and that he is innocent until proven guilty. Let that have been a black or spanish man and you can imagine the posts that would have been on here. It is a shame that in the year 2009 we still deal with the same prejudice a**holes in the world. Perhaps if everyone on the post knew that every human being is African at the core, their perception of others could be changed... but then again they're not even intelligent enough to understand that statement ;)
