This guy must have gotten picked on a lot growing up. So much so that he has to make up for his sissified childhood by suing a little boy. I hope the boy counter sues and takes everything that man owns. I hope that the judge and and the jury (if there is one) laugh at David J. Pfahler just like he must have gotten picked on as a child. In the end the little boy will come out on top. What a loser Mr Pfahler already is. He needs to drop the case soon or he will be the laughingstock of the nation, like the man who sued the dry-cleaner. Stop wasting my tax money you sissy!!!

This guy is a moron who is trying to get the easy buck. Who sues a child? Especially an 8-year-old? The man is a complete moron and needs to grow up.

So, it didn't occur to this guy that when you go skiing that there is a certain risk involved? I'm not a skiier, when you go on resort ski slopes, do they have any kind of disclaimers posted as to who's liable if you get hurt? If not, maybe they should. But suing a little kid? Unreal...

The really sad statement about this whole situation is that he found a lawyer who said, "I think we have something here."

Maybe thats why he was skiing in Vail to bump into a little rich kid to find someone to sue. Just another gold digger and his shoulder mad him a broke digger.

Clearly, David J. Pfahler's 401K hasn't been doing all that well, and he thinks his minor skiing mishap is his ticket to a golden retirement.

BTW, isn't there a legal disclaimer that is part of every lift ticket?

What a wonderful person his wife is! Happy holidays to you and your greedy-ass husband. Leave him and find some nice guy you can nurse all you want.
Mr. Pfahler, you are an idiot. Santa Claus will bring you a new brain, you naughty boy.

David J. Pfahler of Allentown, you are such a loser.

And Pfahler's Denver attorney, Jim Chalat…What? No ambulances to chase lately? You are obviously in the big leagues now. Where will this case be heard, T Ball court?

It has been a while since I went skiing. I know the disclaimer waives liability from the ski resort and the staff. I don't recall any disclaimer against other skiers on the slope.

Regardless if there is a disclaimer or not, this should be laughed out of court. What a waste of taxpayers money.

This man is an absolute idiot! He probably would have fell anyway. Good thing the kid hit him or he may have went head first into a tree. There is a reason for everything. But...Grow up little boy Pfahler, you don't deserve a penny!!!!!

This guy would sue a baseball team if he got hit by a fly ball.

Everything we do in life is taking a risk, so Mr. Pfahler should just suck it up, and deal with it. Life happens, and we don't have to sue people for it.

I hope this becomes a BIG nationwide story. This may ring Pf-aker's bell
into reality. He Matt Drudge - pick this one up - enough embarassing press will bury this guy into the hole
that he and his wife slimmed out from.
What a King Loser.
