Knowing how to make cheese will actually be an interesting thing to learn. Being a cheesemonger, or a cheese expert is in fact, a real profession. You may not know it but there a lot, and I mean A LOT of kinds of cheeses. Shops like, http://www.idealcheese.com , are actually selling more than 250 kinds of cheeses from different countries. How amazing is that?
