JD1 is not protected under JD status once the civil trial starts. She has a daughter at Carmel High whom she obviously could care less about. Her name will be splashed all over the news and the truth about her will be told with the obvious fact that she was, and still is mentally unstable, a liar and a drunk. In fact, one could argue, that she is better now than before her "alleged" assault.(She had 2 DUI's before, one with child endangerment charges, and only one after and one drunk in public)It will come out that she has accused men of this before. She is looking for attention and money. She will get attention but never a penny, as poor Dr. Bergstrom can no longer practice medicine, so he will never be able to make any money to pay even if she does get some type of judgement against him. If she was smart, she would save herself and her family from the humiliation that is going to come with a very public jury trial, but I don't think that she is that smart?
