Vineyard gets county's first commercial winery permit
Carroll County could have its first commercial winery in operation within a year, as local vineyard operators prepare for what they expect to become a billion-dollar agricultural industry in the area.

carroll unty does NOT want any businesses to be here. GO AWAY.You cannot advertise, you cannot do ANYTHING unless the CODE DEPARTMENT is running it.Take your vines to somewhere that has ordinances and laws that allows someone to be able to work hard and advertise and people actually NOW you have a business there.
