Yes, there "is" more to the county than one might think. The Penninsula area is not too bad. However, the entire Salinas Valley has become nothing more than a third world mexi-ghetto crime ridden province of Mexico.

When your county is run by pro-open border, pro-illegals, pro- cheap ag. labor, pro sanctuary democrats who welcome illegals and all the the crime that comes along with them, with "open arms" they won't produce any solutions to stop the invasion of the illegals and criminals they produce.

The MoCo voters are typical CA. voters that want "free" stuff. That's all they care about. Which politician, or party, will give them the most amount of "free" stuff and protections from the current immigration laws is who they'll vote for no matter how much crime, gangs, murders, it brings into their communities.
