Fall Festivals Begin with the Union County's Color Fest

Fall is here and with it the warm weather, changing leaves and fall festivals. Nestled in the southwestern part of Illinois is Union County where the annual Color Fest is held.

On Friday Sept 24th there will be a fund raiser to help Billy Carter pay hospital and dr bills. There will be a fish fry at 5:00 with music starting at 7:00. There will also be a silent aauction of several items. It will be held at the Landmark Pentewcostal church. Go to the 4-way stop and go toward Cobden.
