There is ONLY ONE Queen of soul...and this is her. Anyone who doubts the existence of God only needs to here Aretha Franklin sing a single note. That voice is SURELY heaven made.

Aretha simply rules as the Queen of everything!! Ain't nuthin bettah. As a blues fanatic, I think most females should chose a different course, women just can't do the blues. But Aretha is right up there and holds her own against B.B., John Mayall, Kenny Neal and Robert Cray. And may even surpass them. Or, at least be equal to my God, John Mayall.
