I hope folks appreciate what we have in Albert-George Schram as a Resident Staff Conductor for the symphony. He has the perfect mindset and personality for these concerts: knowledge and appreciation of classical music which translates to accessibility for all ages. I played under Schram waaaaayyy back when he led the Columbus Youth Symphony; obviously that doesn't qualify me to say I know him as a person but, from a musical standpoint, the enthusiasm he helps generate at these concerts speaks for itself. We are lucky to have him.
