Ohio sucks. The people in OHio are rude and have attitude like they are royalty .. Everyone in columbus is either gay or a HUGE FAT ass ..It doesn't help that there is absolutely nothing to do in Ohio and that there is fast food every five feet.

Ohio is full of dirty, inbred hillbillies. Half of the state is obsessed with Ohio State football. Which is the dumbest thing I've seen on TV since wrestling. The other half are stuck suburban moms who put there kids on pills as soon as they act up. Ohio sucks.

I used to live in ohio let me tell you ...I HAte Ohio its a cancerous piece of shit. But rather than rant with profanity i have created a list.

1. Ohio girls are trashy , they know it , they flaunt their trashiness.

2 An expensive good meal in Ohio is a trip to either freindlies or Wendys.

3 People in ohio are utterly class less they strive to wear sweat pants and those baggy old light blue jeans you see on construction workers.

4 they wear their browns jackets that look as if its a family heirloom passed down from generations.

5 No self respect obviously.

6 Cleveland. Dirty, smelly,no population, built on a swamp, shitty sports teams(cavilers exempt)lame people,no money,

7Lake erie which is a nice place to visit just dont swim in it.

8 Ohio's sarah palin esque dialog. Gee golly willakers dontcha know ders haaam.

9Ohio hates nature and seeks to rid the state of the disease.

10 Did I mention the entire population needs PROZAC..throughly depressed zombie people linger all over.

Ohio does suck. I have lived here for three years and intend on leaving in two months. Its not the poverty, the lack of infrastructure, or the lack of jobs that really make it suck. It is the oppressive religious right. If I have to hear one more person use a 2000 year old book as the only basis for science one more time I am going to snap. I can not believe our country let the educational system in this state get so bad, and I can't believe how many people here talk to imaginary white haired guys in the sky either. I can not wait to get my child out of this state!

Ohio SUCKS! Especially Columbus. I have never been subjected to such a population of fat ass lazy people who will do anything in their power to do the least possible. Not only are the people fat and lazy they have bad attitudes and will stab you in the back. Most will only be friendly with others if and only if they can benefit from them. I have lived all over the country and I have to say COLUMBUS OHIO IS FILLED WITH A BUNCH OF FAT LAZY UNDEREDUCATED ASSHOLES.

Amazing for me to find others with this opinion of Ohio. I wasn't sure if I was alone in this.
I'm not sure if the land itself is as bad as the people.
The weather is unpredictable in a negtive sense.
The people have NO ethic code of their own..
Hence why church is VERY popular here casue they have to be told how to behave.. And the get it wrong most of the time anyways.
Not that church is all bad but people here seem to think that if you belive in a god then you can do whatever you like to others. not quite.
The attitude is self serving and selfish.
The middle class is being slashed in emmence preportions.
I even met people claming to be Buddists here and after watching them "Work their magic" so to speak they make about as much sence as a jewish nazi.
Oh ya... We have almost as many hate groups as california here.
The crime in the major cities has been on the rise.
and the only common coexsisting factor that blends all of us in this shitpile.
Drug and Alcohol Abuse....
Now some say it's not that bad and EVRYBODY does this.
Caffeen, Nicotine, Alcohol, Meth, Crack, pot.
About the only way we cope here is a better living through chemistry and I am of no exception this rule.
And I have friend that work for the media that have claimed to me that the "numbers" of research of the problem have been misrepresented to make Ohio seem "not as bad" as other places with our over indulgence. But we are pretty stoned up over here.
Even the Name sounds like a Joint. Round on the ends... High in the middle.
Well, if you belive in hell... Come join us here in the Midwest state of foolish paradise.
Where the education's low and the pride is high.
And everyone thinks they're better than the person next to them. NO HUMILITY!
I've found a better class a people on a spiritual level at a mourge.

I've been here in Ohio for 10 years because my wife grew up here.

It's the people that I cannot stand. I'm glad to see others share my opinion and also at the same time sad that it's a fact-- people are terrble here in general. I'm from the South. I would have to say that the South is not perfect, in fact Georgia and Ohio could be brothers. But, if that were the case Ohio would be the corrupt, meth addicted, football obsessed, confident, drunken, fat one and Georgia would be the humble one with similar issues but at least trying.

I've never seen such rude, ignorant but confident people as I have in Ohio. I've lived in many places.

I'm not sure why people are harsh. The first day I was here I saw a middle aged lady yelling at an ederly lady to move up two feet in line at the bank. Why?

Maybe it's the harsh winters; maybe it flips you out after a while. My life would be easier if I just became a jerk to-- just to deal with everyone on their level. Not going to do it-- going to move asap. Had enough.

I've watched three neighbors move recently...all jerks who grew up in Ohio. So we're spreadying the joy.

If you're in say California and you're thinking about a move to the midwest or your in the South and for some reason are considering a move to Ohio...well if possible come here for at least 6 months and see if your corner of Ohio has the same problems. I have disliked every single person that I have met here. I don't ask that people are nice-- just that they're not mean. That's too much to ask here.
