they do not follow the admonition in Isaiah 2: 2-4 otherwise they would as verse four said make war no more. Few christian groups practise this standard and also tell other people this is the expected standard for a christian as verse 3 said they would do.... so to conclude, I am aware that Jehovah witnesses keep these statutes of God a reality in their everyday life and ministry.

I have been a witness since 1979 and I have never known a more peace loving people. I had searched in many religions and now I am happy to live as the scriptures tell us to live. It is really for OUR benefit too. Thank you Mr. Garrett for your realistic comment.

Bigots can never preach peace and tolerance who ever they may be.

A person can preach the peace just if the or she is a lover of peace and love his or her enemy, like Jesus said to do...

Am I the only one who reads the text, particularly in verse 2, and sees that this these "last days" have not come yet? So, "The mountain of the Lord's house" has not yet been established because not "all nations are flowing to it" yet. Judgement hasn't come yet, rebuke hasn't come yet, and in this world, at his time, we are still learning war. Once you see that, it is possible that this whole discussion take a turn.

Actually, rags, the hour of the Lord's judgment has come. Currently, Christ is in the role of our High Priest in the heavenly sanctuary. We know that when he returns, the saved's "reward is with Him;" in order to bring rewards one must have already been judged righteous or wicked

Do you really "live as the Scriptures tell us to
live? Read Matthew 5:17-19. It says in there that
Jesus came to confirm the Law and the Prophets to the letter, and to warn us all to do the same. Do you?

The 10 Commandments are basically and points us to love God and love one another..

Matthew 22:40
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
