ANOTHER BENEFIT? Congress should start monitoring all these small town grants and benefits. Way too many of them are being carried out and I'm quite sure with greedy fingers involved. That is a fact. I'm also sure some 'know it all' will tell me I'm wrong. But, I'm absolutely right. It's quite pathetic. Johnny Cash would have supported the town he grew up in, while alive, if he cared to, which he obviously did NOT care to. Actions speak louder than words, Johnny's action said,'I don't give a rats grass'.
