Wilco's Jeff Tweedy shared a little of what he has learned growing up in public, on stage and in song last night during a relaxed but passionate 90-plus minute show in the Wexner Center's Mershon Auditorium.

90+ minutes? Don't think this guy stayed fore the 7-8 song
encore. Try 2 1/2 hours. Started at 9:15 and ended around 11:45.
No beer sales at Mershon is a downer.

that show was money. that was my fourth wilco show and it may be one of the best all around shows i've seen from them. pre-encore the show was really good but it felt like they went back stage during the encore and someone said, let's go kick their asses with rock. i was impressed. that is saying a lot because me and three of my friends went to the sound check at 4:00pm before the show (my buddy won 4 tx and passes to the sound check for preordering the new album). we were the only ones in there (other than sound guys & roadies) and it felt like wilco was playing at our birthday party or something. i thought that would be hard to top but they delivered.
