Knowing that this type of cancer is rarely found in the early stages, it is tragic to us to hear that Patrick has it. However, he has many friends across the nation and we want him to know that we will be in prayer for his health and physical pain during the treatment time. Also, praying for Lisa as well, they've been such a great couple, a tower of strength and need to lean on each other. Thank you.

YES!!! Whoopi is still alive and you can see her every morning on the "VIEW", going strong and healthy. What a mean thing to say. Tobacco does not kill everyone that smokes.

I agree with you Brenda. It is a mean thing for someone to say. However I do wish that more people would quit smoking before they end up with lung or pancreatic cancer. Both types of cancer are predominantly caused by smoking. And there are many other serious ailments such as heart disease, respiratory illnesses and heart disease that smoking also contributes to.
