The prison experts report that there are 100,000 innocent American prison inmates imprisoned along with the over 2 million total US prison population. Our US congress has always effectively closed the door on these tens of thousands of innocent citizens from ever being afforded proper legal representation for their federal retrial review legal cases. Wealthy Americans can easily afford hiring their own appeal attorney's and will often be granted retrials for their criminal legal cases, where as poor and mostly uneducated prison inmates are being forced to attempt this legal representation feat themselves from their prisons and almost always being denied new criminal retrials.Manny Gonzales the kid that everyone forgot in the Ca prison system can be entered into any WWW search engine
for a judicial injustice ride of ones life.President Hugo Chavez has been asked with a written letter posted at this site to finance this kids federal appeal retrial legal fees.

The federal appeal judicial process is failing to properly represent all Americans as it was designed to. The US Congressional denial of affording all poor American prison inmates proper legal counsel for their equal opportunities with federal retrial appeals, has created two separate tiers of appeals. Wealthy Americans who can hire their own appeal lawyers are able to properly be represented and do have realistic opportunities of receiving new retrials. Poor and mostly uneducated Americans are being forced to attempt to write and submit their own legal cases in false hopes of ever being granted a new criminal retrial. When the federal appeal judicial process was created, it was suppose to assist all Americans in need of new trials, not just affluent Americans. Why would all Americans tax dollars be used to finance this facade of justice for only our wealthy citizens to utilize and benefit from?

This has taken me by surprise because I have never known anyone this has happened to and because our national media has never written about it.Oprah and Whoopi would both be perfect to bring this injustice to the American public.

I read on another site that this same thing was affecting all those falsely imprisoned black Americans in the Southern states from ever receiving assistance from federal judges for retrials because these mostly uneducated prison inmates could not write their own legal federal appeal legal cases. What a devious way to keep innocent blacks wrongfuly incarcerated!
