Through no mistake or fault of my own as I followed the instructions EXACTLY, and yet six days later (now) WU still cannot tell me where my refund check is! Both Ron (ext#4534) and Nikita (ext#4547) of customer service swore an oath to call me back and of course the two outsourced jobs currently held by these two employees neglected to do so...what a freakin' shock! Supervisor Aaron (ext#4611) claims he will update me ASAP, but he too is at a loss to explain where my money has gone to. Look out folks, it is likely better to simply wait for check rather than let some ass-wipes far, far away handle your federal check.
