Last week the dutch goverment has issued new rules for sending money via western union. As a customer you are restricted in the amount or fequency of sending your money. But you have no insight in what the amout or fequancy is. When sending money your transaction gets bloked and your money is not sent! You get your money back but you have no idea why you are blocked. They just tell you; "try again next week".This is really outrageous! People are depending on you for sending the money. Also westen union is losing money this way. Does anyone have the same problem??
