Western Union Arrest?

Have any of you heard of someone being arrested while picking up a money transfer who was sent the money for something illegal, pirated DVD's for instance (although if you have heard of somebody being arrested for any reason at WU, please let me know)? How long does picking up a money transfer (from US to US) take, at most, or a range/personal experience if you can? I want to know this so the character in the book I'm writing will know when to leave if he's being set up. Also, do any of you know the procedure for WU employees if an undercover sent the money, as part of a sting?

Actually no! Kind of funny they have a fraud dept. That you can't get a hold of. We are trying to set up a sting online scam artist and they won't even answer the phone. They don't give a crap. If fact it seems they make it easier for them with online money transfer.
