Wesley Snipes/NUWAUBIANS

In recent newspaper articles namely New York Times etc. dated 1-14-2008 Titled "Wesley Snipes to go on trial in Tax Case" it was stated in part that:

"His(Wesley Snipes) involvement with the tax resistance movement may stem from his association with the Nuwaubians, a quasi-religious sect of black Americans who promote antigovernment theories and who set up a headquarters in Georgia in the early 1990s.
In 2000, Mr. Snipes sought a federal permit for a military training compound on land next to the Nuwaubian camp; the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms rejected the request."

Now to correct this BOGUS Statement, and out right LIE refer to the Facts below:

YOU BE THE JUDGE!

1.) In reference to Nuwaubians being associated with a Tax Resistant movement I quote from the Nuwaubians " Holy Tabernacle Family Guide" Book authored by Dr. Malachi Z. York back in the mid 1990's, on page 40 it states:

"Pay your Taxes. Don't let your religious beliefs, whatever they may be cause you to disobey the Laws of America. Do not commit crimes or permit crime in your presence."

In another book titled "The Little Guide Book for Nuwaubians" also authored by Dr. Malachi Z. York in the mid 1990's on pgs 19 & 28, it has a section titled "a list of important numbers you should know" namely the Internal Revenue Service(IRS) Address and Telephone #.


2.) In reference to Nuwaubians being refered to as "Promoters of antigovernment theories", I again quote from the Nuwaubians "Holy Tabernacle Family Guide" Book page 39:

"Pledge no loyalty to any other country or government other than the United States of America, IF YOU ARE AN AMERICAN. If you are in America from another country follow our laws while here."

We are not a Quasi-religous sect of black Americans. Nuwaupian is our Tribal name, we are Africans and many other races residing in America.Nuwaupu is: the Sciense of Sound Right Reasoning, The Facts Beyond any Doubt.
