"The need for business aviation isn't changing," Suma said. "The demand is there. Nothing replaces being able to save time, work more efficiently and have face-to-face meetings in a competitive world."

Then these highly compensated business people should not have any problem paying for this need without the additional benefit of tax breaks. If they need tax breaks to make it work, then obviously the need isn't there.

Typical of the "anti-business" attitude by Obama and his liberal supporters. It will "save" 3 billion dollars but will cost the taxpayers many times that amount. Having worked for a company that had a plane I can appreciate the benefits of having a plane as a transportation TOOL. You can take several people and, most times, save substantial time and money. We were able to do in one day what it would take, by using automobile or commercial airlines, three days. When the Liberals criticized the use of private jets the really screwed, not only the companies, but the plane manufacturers. This is just another example of the "smoke and mirrors" budgeting by the liberals in Washington, D.C. which include our Senator Sherrod Brown.

you could tax private corporate jets over two hundred years and still not come close to covering the new debt obama has added in the last three months. this is just obama playing the rich verses the rest of us card.
