This is news worthy, more like a joke. Yeah it still cost him about $500.00 for one day for admission and all the other stuff he bought and ate to.

Micheal, have you ever attended a Broadway play,a major sporting event,a major attraction concert, a state fair? Dollar for Dollar spent, a one day price at Disney is much cheaper per hour then any of those venues and the cost of refreshments/Food is as costly.

Michael... Is Disney supposed to let your whole family in free? Maybe they should pay for your hotel and food too... and what about plane fare?

Maybe Walt Disney himself should rise from the grave and cook your family flapjacks in the morning before you hit the rides.

You must be one of those people who expect a free ride through life from the government too.

Some people aren't happy with anything. Oh well, you must be a very pleasant person Michael. What a great promotions and a great idea.

However, keep in mind that this is the Disneyland Park in California where there is no such park as the "Magic Kingdom."

Disney's prices are so overinflated already they could give a thousand of these a day away and still make plenty of money. And before all you ferries start telling me if I don't like it I don't have to go...don't worry I don't. Any attraction that promotes homosexuality is far from family oriented anyway.

Seriously people - why the negativity and why do you have to be so judgemental? There's always that one person with something bad to say about a good or positive story. Why do you even bother leaving a comment???

What are you talking about? It clearly says "Magic Kingdom" and the offer is good at both WDW Resort AND Disneyland.

this is more like a paid Disney ad than a news story, if there isn't any newsworthy items to report then don't report anything.

Disney can let everyone in free and they would make more money from the sales they would generate inside the parks but, they are greedy.
I had annual passes since they opened and stopped buying it a few years ago. The parks are filthy, rides and attractions are delapidating and there is no "imagineering" any longer it is all recycled garbage!!!!!

Thisi is not what Walt had in mind!!!

A nice thing would be to lower your ridiculous prices, and discontinue gay days so families don't have to worry about exosing their kids to such deviancy.
Just the facts: Your ID is quite ironic. The "fact" is, beginning in the mid 1990's, a consortium of gay-rights groups decided to meet at the Magic Kingdom on one particular weekend (usually the first weekend in June). The group bought group tickets and had t-shirts designed that had the phrase "Gay Day '97", changing it each year. "Gay Day" is NOT sponsored by Disney, and they are treated like any other large group that decides to come to WDW. Disney can't deny them the right to come to their parks any more than they could ban any other group that bought legal tickets and abides by the park rules that apply to all guests.

It's amazing how those making comments can twist ANY story to complain about whatever they are obsessed with. Disney is most likely offering the free days to get you to bring people with you. Whether they are driven by philanthropy or profits, it's a win-win situation.

If anyone has a problem with "gay days" all they have to do is find out exactly when it takes place, and avoid taking their family over there on that date.

I get a kick out of these articles. When the Disney bashers come out, they inevitably say something that proves how ignorant they are. One guy ranting about gays, another complaining about ticket prices, and of course, the ever-present political commentary. If you don't like Disney or their current promotion, how about you shut the eff up and go find a forum where people actually give a crap about your sophomoric opinions?

Why go somewhere else when we can get gay lovin' liberals like you to respond, and show how much the truth hurts.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Capricorn

Don't take any risks when handling your finances today, because there are strange things going on. Someone may not be as straightforward and honest as usual, or can't explain themselves properly, which leads to misunderstandings and false assumptions. If you're spending money, make sure you're charged the right price and given the correct change. And don't let your wallet or purse out of your sight, in case you mislay it or someone nabs it.
