Would a themed-section of Walt Disney World dedicated to John Boorman's "Excalibur" (1981) be too violent for kids??
I don't think so. If you look at movies like Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" (1993), movies that are violent only in storyline are sort of tolerable to people of all ages (pets too).
"Excalibur" (1981) is, of course, about King Arthur, Lancelot, and the knights of the round table who presided over Camelot. It's a serious film with enough magic and myth to make a cool kids' world at Disney...
It's something me and the Mrs. agree on already
