I dont know if you are related to Viggo Mortensen, but i got to tell you that the chances are pretty slim. I live in Denmark and like my lastname Andersen, Mortensen is a very common lastname around here. In the old days, kids got their lastname from their fathers firstname, and Mortensen originally was a lastname given to somebody who was the son of Morten. On the other hand, Denmark is a very small country with only 5,3 million citizens. So you never know, do you! You shoud visit Mon some day when you get the chance, its very beutiful.

Like Maj-Britt tells you, the chances that you are realated to Viggo is small. A Lot of people in Denmark has Mortensen as ther last name, withour being in family with Viggo.
But you really should visit Denmark someday... specially Mon its a wonderfull place.
