Fizzle, the new van halen album is solid. Sometimes the good stuff gets overlooked in this pop smeared world. A new single and video may be the tonic for the masses. At any rate, it is what it is, a good album by a great group. Will Adele be around in 30 plus years, I highly doubt it (however good she is). Whitney climbs the charts only in death sadly. Viva Van Halen, baby! Got my copy and concert ticket ready!

Van halen fizzles? LOL!

In this day and age of disposable music I think VH's #'s were pretty damn impressive. Adele sounds like everything else out there, I dont care how great her vocal range is....Zzzzzzzz. Van halen have sold over 53 millon records and have been in the biz since 78'. Adele? Winners come and go guys....legends are FOREVER. Welcome back VH!

The new album has only one fault: the production.

Judging by their recent live performances though, it's clear...

Roth is only a shadow of what he once was. Same with Eddie.

But to be honest, Eddie can still play guitar.

Alex fares the best because he can still pound the on the drums.

Van Halen remind me of The Rolling Stones most recent work.

Roth now moves around like an old Mick Jagger. Pretty pathetic.

They are old and way past their prime as a live rock n roll band.

If one goes back to the live video of "Unchained" in 1981...

You can see and hear the power and engery of a kick ass rock band.

That's really Van Halen. Sammy Hagar wasted years of their youth.

Such a shame because "A Different Kind Of Truth" does deliver.

It just happened too late in the game.

Just remember this....the only time Van Halen had a #1 album was when Hagar was lead singer and songwriter...Just fact...

Van Halen is like no other band. That greasy DLR still has swagger and all the soulfulness that he always has.

Crotch splitting jumps no more for sure but the range is still crazy. Nobody hits those highs and lows like he does.

his octave range is actually very rare and Eddie still gives ones ears a piercing. Just listen to outta space three times in a row i dare ya.

As of yesterday, VH's new album has sold 334,000 copies since the release date in feb. Not bad for a band that some feel "are a little too late"
Music speaks for itself....go VH!!!

The album is doing very badly on the American pop charts...

Last week it was at a pathetic #73 and jumped up to #44 this week.

Sorry, it's a little too late.

The new video for "She's The Woman" is cheap and very lame.

Why would radio play a pro tool remake of an old rejected demo?

Back in the day, rock was king. That was thirty years ago.

Van Halen are even more pathetic than the aging Rolling Bones.

Bring out the wheelchairs and the life alerts.

DLR looks old, Mr hip replacement looks old, Alex looks old...

Rock N Roll is supposed to be made by young bad asses.

But kids today like the chipmonk, Justin Beiber. Music today sucks.
