Hawaii International Film Festival shows no "Aloha" to local filmmakers. One of the reason HIFF lost sponsorships is cancelling the "Hawaii Panorama" segment. At least "Lost" hires majority from isle residents.

Why should we support HIFF when there's no movie made by a Hawaii filmmaker?

What happened to the Hawaiian Panorama that was so popular?

I would rather be in Park City in January. Better section of films.
