NIN was BORING and weak. Reznor's voice sounded bad and couldn't reach the notes. He looked bloated and drugged out and barely moved around the stage. He looked tired, even disoriented on stage. It was a not a high energy concert for the price. With all the money that can be thrown at him, with the PR machine and spin it isn’t going to make him any better at performing - that has ended for him.

I think you may be in a small minority on this one. That is if you are talking about the same show. It was a killer show. Trent BRINGS IT every time they hit the stage and Robin is a fantastic guitar player. They changed their setlist from last year's show and did not bring the lasers, so it was definitely more about the band than the stage spectacle. As far as the money goes, I would say that for the $40 NIN charges for a show, everyone gets their money's worth, and then some. They could easily sell out stadiums for twice the price. LONG LIVE NIN!

the $36 ticket price was very reasonable... the live nation imposed $12 "ticket fee" was not.

these guys are like fifty now, time to retire for a couple years, write a book about how disgusting you used to be, and then get back on the oldies circuit and play at the Flower Power show at Epcot with Hermans Hermits and Tony Orlando.

these "angst" ridden guys are so nineties, it worked when Reznor was young and broke, but now that he is a multi millionaire the sheet is stupid.

I disagree. "With teeth" and "Year Zero" were great albums. Although I have to agree the downward spiral was his best album.

hey rick

I wasn't being literal, I think my point was that when he first came out, it was one great thing after another.

Now-a-days...in my opinion he can stay in the studio as long as he wants, and the stuff, in my opinion is over produced and stale.

I would like to see him regain what he had, but time, and all that money changes all great talents.

Umm did we attend the same show? Cause seriously he was spot on alll night. Hands down best concert I've ever been to and if it truly is their last tour to Chicago they went out with a bang.
