150 homeless last year in Paradise? I don't think the county seat of Oroville recorded that many homeless, ever. You know supposedly there is a large amount of money from the federal government that stands to be earned by cities in need for their homeless. Could this be the Town of Paradise' way of getting a piece of the pie. Who holds a huge party with food,$5 gift certificates and a live band to inspire the homeless to attend and be "head counted". How low can you go? Just sit at Paradise Town Hall, you'll be on your knees in no time looking down into the eyes of our local government which has pretty much hit rock bottom in integrity and ethics.
