According to the paper today they are holding meetings for just that purpose. Sounds like a perfect time to confront the task force with your issues. And it would perhaps be more appropriate to state that white people are "perpetrators" of racism..not that they "benefit" from it, as you stated in another post. Unless just for the satisfaction of having done so..I don't know. Also, there is no question that the police will pull over a young black man for no reason other than to either harrass or look for drugs. Just as they will almost always stop a young black man walking down the street for the same reasons. There have always been problems in school with labeling and setting up for failure. You have mentioned IQ tests before, most of these are prepared without cultural differences in mind..or more specifically, are geared more for whites. But we, the people here, are most likely not in any position to change any of these prejudices so again, the task force needs to be made aware. Again, you are abundantly qualified to address them and should do so if you truly want to see any change. I send you luck.
Well thank you.

Well goodbye then. Its kind of silly to waste time posting to me that you don't have time to waste posting to me. If I didn't have time for you, I would just ignore you altogether....as I always do when I really don't have the time. Like yesterday, I didn't have time and you didn't see me posting.
Oh, I wanted you to know that I didn't have the time. I wouldn't want you to think I was mad or ignoring you because then you would be all hurt .... see you really like me. Funny isn't it. You know me, and you like me, you just haven't figured it out yet.

Git off your lazy a$$ and git a job, then come on here preachin your hate, if you have the energy.

It is just mere propoganda. I attended the Pro Troop rally in Crawford, TX when Sheehan and her posse were there back in 05. You wouldnt believe the trash that was on the left there. They had port a potties sitting lop sided in the front yard of the peace house and American flags thrown (not hung - thrown) over tree branches. I have pictures. I should figure out how to post them. Anyways, you wouldnt believe the disrespect of these protestors to Pro Troop families, friends and even Soldiers from Ft Hood (which is like 45 mins away). I couldnt believe anyone would want to align themselves with this sort of garbage and propoganda. It was truly sickening to see fellow Americans acting like that.
I dont like war. Hell, I wish we werent there. I have had to send my husband over there twice. Once I was 3 months pregnant when he left so I had a child alone. Military life is hard. But when he came home the first time he was so appalled at how the Liberal media was portraying his and many others job there. When he told me he believed in his mission then that solidified my support of his mission. HE has since gone back and would go again. Its good to know we have compassionate Americans to offset it stupidity and hurtfulness of others.
Yeah, can synpathize with you somewhat there. One of my sons made over there for Afganistan and Iraq. If you're not a praying person when they leave for a war zone, you will become one then.
He told me ( and he was an officer) that areial photos showed convoys of trucks leaving Iraq and entering Syria. It's believed these were carrying the WMDs and Syria still has them. This was, of course, before the war started and the UN inspectors came in to look. Lots of things happen overseas that we never hear of and don't really need to know.
