I do not encourage copyright infringement and that song is not by They Might Be Giants.

The song is "Not Comin' In" by Stuart Hill, but I don't believe it's been released anywhere, so your best bet might be to rip the audio from the Groovie itself, which is up on YouTube, RetroJunk, etc.

You're able to use converttube.com to get it, but it's your choice.

I've been searching for a clean download of the song for a looooong time. In my many Google/Bing/Amazon/iTunes/Wiki sessions searching for the song, I have found that the song is either by They Might Be Giants, or an unknown artist called Stuart Hill. I've searched the TMBG discography to no avail, and for each person who claims it's TMBG, another person denies the claim. Right now I'm inclined to say it was not TMBG, though it does have their quirkiness. I believe that the Stuart Hill option is more likely, though I have found little information on this supposed artist, and the song has certainly not been published (at least not on iTunes, Amazon, or even CDBaby; probably because Cartoon Network holds the rights. Why haven't THEY gone and released it? Who can say?, TV execs aren't the brightest people (evidenced by CN's recent trend towards more and more stupid programming and non-cartoon programs that are ruining the network).

I do have an mp3 of the song ripped straight from the video, but it is low quality and includes the sounds effects from the video, so it's hardly an acceptable stand-in.

For the time being the song is still lost in the ether.

Nadiem Idrisi is right, so if anyone comes around this post after me, follow the instructions in his comment.
I doubt anyone else was looking for this anymore since I wrote this comment almost 4 years after the forum was started.
