In addition to his prodigious musical virtuosity, Adam Kuenzel is quite an athlete. From his bio in the MN Orchestra program for the concert: "An avid sportsman, Kuenzel traveled entirely by bicycle during the Orchestra's 2003 state tour. This past winter he skied the 31-mile Birkebeiner race in under three hours."

Bus Driver, if you are that mean/ignorant, save your comments for yourself. I can only assume you've never been to a Minnesota Orchestra concert and quite possibly don't even know what a flute is!

A person who skies and still rides his bicycle.
An "athlete."
A real hero.

Who said he's a hero? He's highly accomplished as a musician (MN Orchestra salaries start at $105K; a first-chair flutist would make considerably more) and an athlete. Anyone who can ski 31 miles in less than 3 hours isn't a couch-potato poseur.

But maybe he hasn't done anything *really* noteworthy yet... like driving a bus.
