Hey guys, count yr fingers after you've shook hands with your new label! Demolition Records aren't even legally in business
they've been in insolvent liquidation since September 2006 so claiming they are still in business and anything they are doing under that (or any similar name) name is a criminal offence

See London Gazette 20 September 2006 Issue Number: 58103 Page number: 12830

Publication Date: Wednesday, 20 September 2006

Notice Code: 2441

DEMOLITION RECORDS LIMITED

(Company Number 03941023)

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, on 12 September 2006, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ian William Kings, of Tenon Recovery, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Ian W Kings was confirmed.
