They've been back in the studio jamming together for a few weeks now. Official word from chad smith during one of his interviews.

I cant wait for their next album, I love them! I love Anthony, John, The Chad and Flea (sigh) one day, i will meet you all and maybe I can make out with John, just for a couple of seconds.

That's so exciting. I hope they make a tour stop in Australia. Before I die I want to touch one of the Pepper's hahahaha I mean making out with Anthony sounds good but just to touch would be freaking awesome!!!
