No it isn't. It is because of the WORKERS. They are driving themselves out of business.
They shot themselves in the foot with HORRIBLE service and now the chickens are coming home to roost.....
I don't care how much it costs to mail a letter/package. I would continue to use the post office if I didn't get crap EACH and EVERY TIME I have to mail ANYTHING.
Go to hell USPS. I hope there is NO retirement funds left by the time my PIA carrier retires.
Now let me tell you how I REALLY feel........
